Syllabi and Schedules

A variety of sample syllabi are provided. These syllabi and schedules can give you an idea of how the text has been successfully used for a variety of courses. For example, two syllabi are for courses in which Smith & Ragan was used for a course which will be the only generic i/d course in a graduate program. Examples are also provided of a first course and a second course when the course is part of a two-course sequence. One example is provided of a second course in a two course sequence in which a different text used for the first course (in this case, Dick and Carey was used for the first course). Also included, is a syllabus for a beginning course when the course is one of two which both use Smith Ragan as text.
