The supplementary materials on this website were prepared by Dr. Ashley Coles, who is a Lecturer of Geography in the Department of Geology and Geography at Georgia Southern University. She received her Ph. D. in Geography from the School of Geography and Development at the University of Arizona. She received a B.S. in Atmospheric Science at Cornell University and a M.A. in Geography at the University of Arizona. Her research focuses on the production of environmental knowledge, natural hazard management, and the political economy of hazards and development.
