Analysis of Economic Data, 3rd Edition

Welcome to the Web site for Analysis of Economic Data, Third Edition by Gary Koop. This Web site gives you access to a variety of time series and cross-sectional data in Excel file format. Many computer software packages can import Excel files but in case you do not have access to such software, the data is also provided in ASCII text file format. The text files provided here include some non-numeric data (eg. variable names), with some software, you may have to remove this data before using them. You can access the data sets in two ways:

1. Using the menu at the top, select a chapter. A list of resources available for that particular chapter will be provided.


2. Using the menu at the top, select a resource. This will allow you to access a particular resource section. You will then have the option of selecting resources within the section or going directly to a specific chapter.
